What shipping methods are available?

Shipping typically occurs within 72 hours of order placement, however, please allow up to 5-10 days for delivery. Delivery is limited to the 50 states and we cannot ship to APO or FPO addresses at this time. When shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, additional shipping charges will apply. Shipping cost is based off order total for standard products. Shikaboo reserves the right to update or modify this shipping policy at any time without prior notice.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, we offer next day air and second day air.

When will you ship my order?

For in-stock products please allow 1-3 business days from date of purchase for us to thoughtfully package your order. Once shipped you should receive your order in 3-5 business days.

Do you offer FREE Shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders $25 and over, before tax and after any applicable discounts.

Do you ship Internationally?

No, at this time we do not ship internationally.

How long will it take to get my package?

We strive to process orders as quickly as we possibly can. Orders placed Monday through Friday are usually shipped within 48 hours. If your order is placed after 1 p.m. EST, the earliest it will ship is the next day. Please note that during the Holiday season and other periods of high volume, your order may take longer to process.

Once processed, orders are shipped depending on the shipping option you selected at checkout. Shipments deliver within 4-10 business days to most US. locations, but we have noticed they usually deliver faster than that.

Returns & Exchanges

How can I return a product?

At Shikaboo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you want to return an item for any reason, we will gladly exchange or give you store credit for any item that is in original condition unused and unwashed, without any scratches, marks or blemishes and without any signs of wear on the product, the tags, the labels or the case. To process a return, email us at shop@shikaboo.com

How do I exchange a product?

If your items are defective or damaged, you can exchange them for a similar style.

To exchange a defective or damaged item, please send us an email at shop@shikaboo.com detailing the product issue, including photos of the defect or damage. We will respond as soon as possible to exchange the item. We may request that you send your item to us for inspection and quality control.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express credit and debit cards. We also accept PayPal and Amazon Pay for those who have accounts with them.

When is my credit card charged?

When you place an order, your credit card is pre-authorized. Your credit card will be charged when the order is shipped. PLEASE NOTE that charges appear on credit card statements as Shikaboo Store.

Are online transactions secure?

We use strong security measures. All transactions conducted online are completely secure. Our website uses secure socket layer (SSL) certification.

Placing An Order

How do I place an Order?

To place an order, go to the product page on shikaboo.com for the item you’d like to purchase. Select the color or style you want by clicking on one of the circles of color below the name of the item.

Then, select one of the size icons below that to choose which size you’d like. (Be sure to consult our Size Guide first!) Finally, select the quantity you’d like and click ‘Add to Cart.’ This will pull up a Shopping Cart sidebar to show you what you have in your cart.

That sidebar will disappear to allow you to keep browsing, but don’t worry! You can return to it at any time by clicking the Shopping Cart icon at the top right-hand corner of the screen.

Once you’re ready to complete your order, click the blue ‘Checkout’ button in the Shopping Cart Sidebar.

This will take you to a new page where you’ll enter your contact and shipping information. You’ll also have the option to use Amazon Pay or PayPal at this time. Be sure to apply any gift cards or discount codes you have on the right side of the screen! Once you’re done, click the blue button labeled ‘Continue to Shipping.’

Select the shipping method you’d prefer, and click ‘Continue to Payment.’ You’re almost there!

Finally, enter your credit card information, as well as your billing address. You can change any of the information you’ve entered at any time by clicking ‘Card,’ ‘Information,’ ‘Shipping,’ or ‘Payment’ at the top of the screen under the blue ‘Shikaboo’ logo.

Once you’re done, click ‘Submit Order,’ sit back, and await your shipment to arrive!

Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Because we are extremely quick at packing and shipping orders we ask that you double confirm your order before placing. There is a small window to actually impact an order after it is placed. However, while we cannot guarantee it, we will always do everything we can on our end to accommodate any change or cancellation. If you realize something is incorrect after you place an order please title your email, “Order Change Request” and email it immediately to shop@shikaboo.com

Do you take phone orders?

Call us and we will asist you with your order and any other shoe questions you may have. Rogan’s Shoes has a toll free number that you can use to place orders by telephone. The number is . You can contact us at that number on Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (East Standard Time), and Saturday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm (East Standard Time). In the event we are busy with other customers, or your call is after hours, please leave a message with your name and phone number. We will call you back as soon as we can.

How Do I Track My Order?

You’ll be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves our warehouse. You can also login to your account to check your order status at any time.

Can I pick up an order at your warehouse?

While we love to meet all of our customers, our warehouse does not accommodate pick ups, unless you are a wholesaler.

How Do I Use a Promo Code or Coupon?

Promo or coupon codes are applied in your Shopping Cart or Checkout Page. When prompted during the checkout process, enter the code in the Coupon Code field on the Cart page.
